Where are you?
Between Mijas Pueblo and the Mediterranean, about 10 minutes from both. We’re in the hills—with quiet neighbours, green, and close to everything.

Do I need a car?
It’s helpful for beaches, markets, and exploring the area. Taxis/Uber work too and there is a bus service connecting Mijas Pueblo (mountains) and Fuengirola (coast).

How do I get there from the airport?
Málaga (AGP) is the nearest airport. Drive ~25–30 mins. We’ll send a pin and simple directions before arrival. There is also a train connection to Fuengirola from the airport (45mins).

What’s the minimum stay?
Usually 3 nights. In high season we may ask for 4+.

Check-in / check-out?
Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 11am. Let us know if you need flexibility—we’ll try our best.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes—strong enough for normal use. We encourage “digital-light” days if you’re up for it.

Can I cook?
The Casita (kitchenette) and the Ochre Apt (kitchen) are for cooking. The Sienna Suite is a hotel type room with a small fridge and tea/coffee corner.

Where can I shop for food?
Local markets and larger supermarkets (Aldi/Lidl) nearby.

Is breakfast included?
We don’t serve breakfast. Ask if you’d like a seasonal breakfast basket on arrival.

Is there a pool?
Yes—magnificent pool in the garden, open all year round.

Do you offer yoga or a morning practice?
On request. I guide a gentle practice outdoors (weather permitting). Just ask when you book.

Are children welcome?
Back to la Tierra is adult only.

Pets?
We love animals, but to protect wildlife and the garden, pets aren’t a fit at the moment.

Languages?
English, Spanish, Dutch, French and German.

Parking?
Free parking on the property.

“Sustainable” suggests keeping things as they are. At Back to la Tierra, we choose regeneration: giving more than we take, improving what’s here, and helping land, people, and community become more alive with every season.
